The Kendall Tavern Inn is 7 miles from Bowdoin, 25 miles from Bates and 35 miles from Colby.
The Freeportarea makes for a beautiful rest spot for family members visiting the local colleges like Bates, Bowdoin and Colby or one of the other colleges. Then in the summer we also host the camper parents. We would encourage you to book ?early"*** or even a year in advance. The dates fill up fast for all the lodging spots. Therefore, we want to try and lighten the expenses, for two years out. If you reserve ahead while you are here we will hold the rate "flat" for two years(2009 - May 2010).
